Go Batty with NJ’s own “Bat man”. Presenting live bats, you will learn how important these furry, nocturnal creatures are to the planet and what you can do to protect them. Create your very own surprise bat products to take the experience home with you. [Ages 4-10]

Tuesday August 25^th, 2015

CREEPY CRAWLERS? 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Yuk, Icky, Creepy, and Ahhh!!! Just kidding! Find out all the fascinating things you’ve ever wanted to know about those amazing little creatures. First learn about amazing ants and help them build their very own 3-story ant colony. Then we’ll show you all the great things that ladybugs and butterflies do. Workshop includes take-homes to catch these creepy crawlers then how to build amazing outdoor habitats for them. [Ages 4-10]

LEGO 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Discover the infinite number of possibilities that each Lego brick holds and create award winning towers, unbelievably fast race cars and high tech planes during this building workshop. Special prizes will be given out to our best builders! [Ages 6-11]

Wednesday August 26^th

ELECTRONIC WHIZ KIDS 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Have fun learning all about electricity while you build electrifying projects that really work. Set up electrical circuits, make an electromagnet and explore static electricity. Take home your own motor powered project! [Ages 5-10]

MINUTE TO WIN IT 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Jump in to your very own game show with great games and fun prizes! We will show your child all the great, fast-paced games they’ve been missing out on. Great program to help children with quick decision-making tactics, teamwork, and enjoying some old fashioned fun. [Ages 5-10]

Thursday August 27^th

DIG THOSE DINOS 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Join our paleontologist team and dig for dinos. Release your ice-age dinos from their frozen capsules and discover their secrets. Learn how scientists put together their findings as you study their bodies and bones. Make your own fossils and T-rex tooth to take home just like the museums make their models. [Ages 4-10]

TREASURES IN THE EARTH 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Become a geologist for a day as you learn about rocks, minerals and gems. You will be in for a real surprise as you mine for gold, create your own crystal garden and discover the wonder of “glow in the dark” rocks. Learn how to identify minerals and valuable crystals and unearth your own by cracking your own geodes to take home. [Ages 4-10]

Friday August 28^th

ROCKIN’ ROBOTS 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Enter the exciting world of robotics and build your very own smart robot. Take part in your very own robot boxing match to see who emerges victorious. Great for motor function development, attention to detail practice, and inspiring technological creativity. [Ages 6-10]
